Can Ian Ziering Dance To The Finish Line?

Photo: Charles Pfeil

I recently posted about one of our favorite television shows, "Dancing With The Stars", and I received a comment on that post praising Ian Ziering. So I thought--what the heck--let's check out Ian's astrology and his chances of winning on "Dancing With The Stars". After all, Ian did make it to the Final Four Celebrity Finals along with Joey Faton, Laila Ali, and Apolo Anton Ohno.

Ian happens to be my partner's favorite--I asked him why he liked Ian, and my partner said because he liked that Ian's father shows up to watch him! Say what?! My favorite is Laila, but NOT merely because her father, Muhammad Ali, was in the audience!! My partner thinks it's touching to have a father be present for a son's performances, and I think it's ok to have any reason you want to like someone, and it that's my partner's reason, so be it! Energies are energies, and we're attracted to others and our favorites for many reasons.

During one of the earlier episodes of the show, I recall the producers had a sketch with a famous astrologer and famous psychic making their predictions of winners. If I recall correctly, it was the psychic who saw the colors in auras, and he saw the color purple (the color of royalty) around Ian which gave him the impression Ian would likely be one of the finalists. If die-hard "Dancing With The Stars" fans read this, and I'm wrong, kindly make a comment, and I'll post it. Of course, the astrologer and the psychic didn't want to ruin the suspense and fun for everyone, so they didn't name their picks for winners--only the finalists.

So let's look at Ian's astrology chart to wage a guess if Ian stands a chance to continue on the show:

Ian Ziering was born March 30, 1964 in Newark, New Jersey, time unknown. Since his birth time is unknown, he could have either a Libra or Scorpio Moon depending upon his birth time--probably a Scorpio Moon is my guess. His Sun is in Aries, and transiting Mars is closing-in on a conjunction with his natal Mars, and it is this aspect which gives me the impression that Ian is going to go for it now and do a 'sprint' because he knows he has to step it up if he's going to win. He REALLY wants to win you can read on his face.

Ian's got a huge fan base having been one of the stars of the television series "Beverly Hills, 90201", and this fan base helps him a lot because it's not only the judges votes, but also the votes from the greater television audience that creates the final score.

Another thing which might work in his favor is his competitive and ultra-talented partner, Cheryl Burke, who wants to go for the gold with her third win. She coached her other celebrity dancers onto wins, Emmitt Smith and Drew Lachey. And Cheryl has made no bones about it--she wants to win a third season!

It appears that the favorites of the judges are Laila and Apolo with Joey and Ian running behind. Will the transit of retrograde Jupiter in Sagittarius moving back to a tighter trine to Ian's natal Sun in Aries help him out? And will the energies of retrograde Jupiter square Ian's natal Pluto push him to fiercely compete and achieve his goal to win? Will his popularity with the public-- especially the television public as shown in his natal chart--be the extra push? We shall see!
